  • When you speak to any of our team regarding a booking or an event
  • Credit/debit card payments are processed via our merchant provider on their secure platform and include the card type, date and time, amount, card expiry date, billing postcode, your address and other related information. This information is required and necessary for the performance of our contract with you. We do not have sight of the complete card number or CVV code at any time.

  • AirBnB
  • Booking.com
  • Or any other agency you may have used to book accommodation with us.

How will we use your data?

Coorie Dun Limited collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

The following only applies if you request optional extras during your stay at Monkton House. If you agree, Coorie Dun Limited will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services, but only in order to provide you with the best possible stay at Monkton House. This will only be done after discussion with and agreement from you or the person in your party organising your stay.

  • Caterers
  • Florists
  • Food and drink suppliers
  • Well-being therapists (massage therapists, hairdressers, make-up artists, yoga instructors, pilates instructors, etc)

When Coorie Dun Limited processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Coorie Dun Limited has put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorisation. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential.

We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.

Coorie Dun Limited will keep your data for 6 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
